Job Description / Responsibility
- Administration, coordination and supervision of all activities for guests.
- Coordinate and supervise total activities at the Rest House.
- Plan and coordinate the provision of friendly, efficient services to guests.
- Schedule activities for guests.
- Plan and coordinate all marketing and promotional activities targeting clients.
- Trace relevant statistics about clientele.
- Assist with check-ins / check-outs of clients.
- Assist all departments in being receptive to the needs of guests.
- Assist staff with language and culture.
- Attend recreation activities when necessary.
- Assist in any other duties when required by the Front Desk Receptionist.
- Provide feedback from Guests to Front Desk Receptionist for action.
- Perform any other job as assigned by the higher authority.
- Graduate/ Diploma in any discipline.
- Graduation/ Diploma in hospitality management profession will get priority.
- Applicant trained in the Porjatan Corporation in the similar field will get preference.
- At least 5 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At least 35 year(s)
- Minimum 5 years experience in Hotels/ Resorts in the similar appointment /post.
- Very good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experienced in operating hotel software
- Must be fluent in English
- Work with minimal supervision.
